<p>We have a general habit of eating more junk food without giving space  for vegetables and fruits. Such  food items will increase the body weight and at the same time will bring  problems like headache and body pain.</p>
<p>Healthy eating tips for women give more importance to the supply of  nutrients including calcium and iron for their body. They can stick  to the traditional low fat diet which supplies minerals and vitamin  for the body. For supplying enough calcium for the body, women should  include dairy products like milk, cheese etc. in their daily diet.
