These types of method can be very harmful and do not help you as a teenager in the long run. Slow, steady and eating healthy is the best form of dieting for teens.
If you want to loose weight, you need to make a commitment to yourself towards living a healthy lifestyle. The best way to loose weight is by using more calories than what you take in. You need to consume more healthy food like fruits, vegetables, proteins and high fiber food. You also need to reduce the amount of junk food you eat including sodas and sweet drinks with high amount of sugar.
When you decide to start your diet, you should consult a dietitian who will be able to assist you with your weight loss plan. Your dietitian will be able to plan your diet accordingly.
Do you have a history of obesity in your family? If you believe that you have a certain medical problem that will affect your dieting, you need to consult your doctor.
Are you exercising enough? If you intend to loose weight quickly, you need to add some form of exercise to your dieting. Exercising will not only help you loose more weigh, it will build self confidence and keep you in a healthy shape. You can go out with your friends and spend more time playing the sports that you love like basketball, football and others.
Always learn to love yourself no matter how much you weigh. Don’t let people bully you into feeling guilty about yourself. Eating healthy and exercising right will get you into the best shape of your life.
