How to Bulk Up and Gain Weight
If you are looking to gain weight and get a bigger physique, the most obvious thing you need to do is eat more. But it’s not that simple. There are certain foods you want to focus on eating. To bulk up and gain weight the most important thing is that you work hard and remain consistent in your diet. You might be wondering why I said diet. Remember, that a diet is simply a selection of food. Contrary to what most people think, being on a diet does not mean that you are trying to lose weight.
How to gain weight and bulk up
- Most importantly, you need to eat more. Start by eating more calories than your body burns.
- Eat around six meals a day spaced about every three hours.

- When working out, keep the workout short and increase the intensity. You should be using heavy weights and a small amount of reps.

It’s important to eat a lot of food when you’re trying to gain weight. However, the food you eat will have an impact on how you actually bulk up. Stay away from junk food like candy, donuts, greasy food, fast food, etc. Stick to carbs and protein and you’ll start seeing results in no time.
