You’re Fat Because You Eat Too Many Calories
So you’ve been sitting on the couch for a few hours watching television, you know, your normal 7 day a week routine. Have some food, watch tv, eat some more food, lay down, maybe have a few snacks, then it hits you. You’re reminded of how unhealthy you’ve been eating and how you’ve completely let yourself go. It was probably one of those diet pill or lose weight fast TV commercials that got you. Whatever it was, the fact that you hate the body you live in isn’t a good character trait. Do you really want to know why you’ve gained weight? Wouldn’t it be nice to just get the straight facts about why you’re fat? Look no further, really. This isn’t one of those article write ups from a marketing expert who is trying to sell you something. I’m just here to tell you why you’re fat.
Eating too many calories is why your fat
That’s right. You’re fat because you eat too many calories. It is a well known fact by fitness experts and healthy eating experts alike that the number one most important thing in living a healthy and fit lifestyle is your diet. There’s no secret. If you consume more calories than your body needs you gain weight. If you consume less calories than your body needs, you lose weight. Here is a simple mathematical equation for those who still don’t understand:
Too many calories = gain weight. Fewer calories = lose weight.
Now hopefully you’re reading this and now asking “how can I control my diet and eat fewer calories?” It’s pretty simple actually, providing you follow the rules and have a little bit of self control.
